New choke-point identified by Uwe at Cape Bathurst - Continue to watch

Cape Bathurst in position (http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=70.594371&lon=-128.067627&z=6&m=b)

has a 2/10 concentration of Beaufort Sea ice moving in at 6nm per day. By 20130826 this area could likely increase to 5/10. Weather winds are the prime mover of ice and drift. But remember the influences of the clock-wise rotation of the Beaufort Gyre.

Thanks to Uwe in Germany for spotting this choke-point.
